One of the most fun things to do in Boracay Island is to hike from popular White Beach to the more peaceful Diniwid Beach to the north, on a path that has been cut out of the rocks of a cliff. Adding to the thrill of the adventure is the spectacular view, said to be the best on the isle.
Once on Diniwid, there's not much walking to be done, though, it being a mere 200 meters long. The sand, however, is just as white and fine, providing an ideal surface for lounging around and spreading out a feast of a picnic. The cliffs are the ideal backdrop to such an idyllic day.
Visitors can swim, snorkel and dive to their hearts' content, in peace and quiet. Establishments are discreetly blended into the environment, never jarring the senses, but providing for necessities. These include restaurants as well as resorts that offer accomodations.
